Thank you very much for visiting our website!!! I hope that my poor attempt at a bio page finds you in the best of spirits. My story is a very simple one... I love music. No matter if it is playing, writing, singing, or listening to it. Everyone should have a muse or escape from everyday life and it just so happens that writing and playing is mine. |

Covet with your Ears
Longing…Craving…Yearning… These are all words that are usually associated progressive desire. Many times I wonder if desire is a subconscious construct created to distract from the normal grind or if there is a true honest passion to achieve a meaningful outcome. I guess this really depends on the motive. If you have passion for something, determining where that love and adoration accumulates from is crucial. When the love comes from lust for prestige or monetary compensation the passion seems to be tainted, but at least the motive is honest just as someone who believes in some greater outcome bigger then themselves. Motive can make the difference. Our mind’s eyes should receive more credit for its impeccable ability to cipher out honest motive. We shouldn’t be inane to think that we can fool anyone. Don’t be ashamed of who you are. If the reason you covet is something you feel you need to subdue then maybe it’s time to find passion that you can be proud of. True and honest love will always shine brightest. Keep your gait strong….

http://www.freerice.com Get learned :) Mindful? Thats Hippie talk
Day to day... hour to hour. We walk along the path we set for ourselves sometimes not taking a moment to look around. Slipping into the induced fit that is autopilot and wondering where all our time went. It seems harder and harder to do anything else, but there is hope.
http://www.mindfuleating.org/MindfulEating.html This idea of mindful eating is a concept in which you actively eat. (I know it sounds fruity but hear me out) Everyone eats (hopefully) a few times a day and therefore can use this time to improve their whole day's outlook. Research supports that mindful eating can decrease depression in cancer patents, and although it may not help the disease process they do have a recorded better quality of life. Just try it...even if only once. It doesn’t even have to be eating.... do it while walking, talking, or even kissing. Take the time to enjoy what you have... you’ve worked hard for it. If you've tried it let me know what you think. |
