I was in the third grade at a school assembly when older student David Cole convinced the music teacher to do the theme song from "The Pink Panther." Without even breaking a sweat this cat stood up, took a deep breath and jammed out the whole sax part....from memory! It was in that moment that I got one of those epiphy things...lightning had just struck my brain, I wanted to play sax! Time travel forward 12 years by your method of choice and that's what you'll find. I picked it up when I was12 and haven't put it down since!

Music has been a great joy in my life. Like my mentor always says, "No matter what happens, you'll always have music. It stays with you your whole life!" I didn't know what he was talking about at first but now I couldn't agree more. There's nothing more powerful than when that groove hits, the band is jamming, and the good times just keep on coming! And no matter what happens, don't stop!
Jamming with 3UG has been an honor and a pleasure. My favorite part about the band is that we all add something different to the mix. Everything from marketing skills to musical creation. Or sometimes, just making people laugh. If you were to ask the band why we do it, the unanimous answer would be because it's fun! And because it's about the music. It's very rewarding to look out at a crowd and be ab le t hear and see them enjoying something you helped create. Like anything else it's had its ups and downs but we're brothers. We get eachother through the sticky spots and we figure things out together.
I would just like to say thank you to everyone for the love and support that I have been given throughout the years. People have pushed me, driven me, and even at times forced me to grow as a person and adapt to new ways of life. Like anything else there's been the good and the bad. Fortuneately now I also have the Ugly!
